Cross Training 101

This awesome cross-training class moves you through intervals of cardio and weighted resistance. Participants can expect high repetitions of functional movements incorporating bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, etc. 

The set up of the class is usually starts with a warm-up beginning with dynamic stretching, moving to static. This is followed by the workout of the day, usually consisting of as many rounds as you can of 8-10 exercises for a total of 20-30 minutes. This is followed by a nice, well-deserved cool down. 

You can expect to improve your physical well being and cardiovascular fitness in an encouraging environment during the extent of this class. Choose your own pace and work to the best of your abilities along side your teammates. Hope to see you there!
